How to become a vendor: Advance reservations are not
required. Outdoor booths are always available on any day we are open, you
may come to the market and be assigned a spot in which to set up. Gate 4
opens by 6:30 am for 8:15 set-ups. Follow road to the daily vendor
check-in line in the rear. After 9am, come to the office. Your rent
payment is required at the time you receive your spot. Bring your own
tables. Access to electrical power is generally available ($10 per day)
but absolutely no electric heaters or A/C allowed!
You may reserve a booth by prepaying on a monthly basis by the third
Saturday of the prior month. Booths which are unpaid after this time will
be declared to be open as of the following month. If you are not in your
reserved booth by 8:00 am, it will be rented to someone else. The market
is to be in full operation by 9 am and continue through until 5 pm.
Dealers consistently packing up before 5 pm will be moved to peripheral
set-up areas out of fairness to dealers who faithfully observe the posted
hours.
It is your own responsibility to have a current Pennsylvania Sales Tax
number and collect tax on all taxable sales. Call 570-963-4585 for
information. A tax number is not required if you sell only non-taxable
items, such as clothing, or for a one-time sale of household items.
Vendors are responsible for liability insurance coverage for their
equipment and their booth area.
Vending of food items requires prior Pocono Bazaar approval and a
concession license. The sale of counterfeit trademarked goods,
explosives, operative firearms, fireworks, inflammables, alcoholic
beverages, and obscene materials is not permitted. You may leave setup
items in your prepaid booth, at your own risk, from Saturday to Sunday.
Everything must be removed at the close of business each week. All tarps
and frames must be secured by weighted leg stands and a safety rope tied
to your vehicle. Frame poles placed on the blacktop must rest on a 2 X 2
plate. Keep your selling area clear of trash and litter throughout the
selling day. Take boxes, packing materials or other unwanted items away
with you. Dealers leaving such trash will be charged a $25 clean up fee
once but must leave the market if it happens again. No hawking, or use of
voice amplifying equipment allowed. Local regulations prohibit camping
overnight on the premises. Vendors or their employees requiring a front
lot parking spot must purchase a $100 monthly permit.
We are open every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) year-round,
including all winter, plus the following Holidays: Presidents
Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Friday.

BOOTH RATES Rentals are final, once made, with no credits or
refunds. Monthly reservations for the remaining portion of a month may be
made anytime at the pro-rated daily rate. Ongoing monthly renewals are due
by the third Saturday of the prior month. Corners rent as double booths
and sizes may vary. Nominal outdoor booth size is 12X24, including
vehicle parking.
- COVERED PAVILION (A,B,C OR J booths (10X10 display
area) or front row in-aisle kiosks (about 4X6) $40 /
day, or $200 / mo.
- NON-FRONT ROW outdoor booths (about 12X24) or
in-aisle kiosks (about 4X6) $30 / day, or $150 / mo.
- FRONT ROW outdoor booths (about 12X24) $45 /
day, or $275 / mo.
- ANTIQUE/GARAGE ROW outdoor booths (no new
merchandise permitted) $15 / day
- INSIDE MAIN BLDG (About 8 X 10) $250-350 / mo.
